'Ocean Pod'
This Pod is handmade using 100% merino wool fibres. The fibres shrink and interlock during the felting process as the pod is hand formed into shape. The design is then refined by hand with needle felting. Each pod is unique and one of a kind.
This pod is made using natural, mustards, ocean blues and a highlight of pink to create a bold matt surface pattern inspired by rock pools.
This large pod measures approx 20cm diameter and 8cm high.
The highly tactile pods are eye-catching as stand alone pieces or as a collection, they can be used for storing trinkets, dried flowers or air plants.
